It’s a tale as old as time – person goes to college, person gets a degree, then person wonders “what the heck do I do now?”
For Jason Neal, Agency Owner of Liberty National Division's Cullman office, that tale sounds all too familiar. “I graduated with a business management degree, but I was uncertain what career path I wanted to go down,” Jason says.
Jason was fortunate to have someone close to him point him in the direction of a prosperous career: his father, a former Agent with Globe Life Liberty National Division who gave his son a firsthand account of what a career with the Company is like … along with a few pointers.
Those pointers would go on to pay dividends, as Jason would earn an impressive list of accolades during his first 19 years with the Company, among them the Jack V. Brown Award. But Jason believes the most rewarding aspects of being with Globe Life Liberty National Division are helping his customers through unexpected crises and having the ability to support his family through Liberty National Division’s outstanding pay structure.
Jason and the Cullman Agency are active participants in Relay for Life, as well as participants in their local Kiwanis Club and Rotary Club. But for Jason, giving help goes far beyond local charities. He also wants to help people find a career. And, like his dad, he knows just the place.
“If you enjoy helping people, and you have a desire to make a great income, then we have the opportunity for you,” Jason says. “This career gives you the opportunity to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.”
When Jason isn’t at the office, his favorite things to do include watching his kids play sports, playing a few rounds of golf, and watching – what else – Alabama Crimson Tide football. Roll Tide!!
