After completing a double major in marketing and management at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, Kyle Keller received his Bachelor’s degree in 2011. While in college, he was a member of Delta Tau Delta, a fraternity focused on philanthropy, and was active in sports. After graduating, Kyle began his career in big-box retail management. “It was a great experience,” he recalls, “with a multitude of responsibilities that taught me how to run a successful business and how to teach and train others to be successful.”
However, retail was just the start for Kyle. “I joined Globe Life Liberty National Division in 2013, for three important reasons,” he says. “First, Globe Life Liberty National Division offered me rapid advancement, not three to five years to attain significant growth as in retail. Second, I wanted a better work-life balance. Retail management required long hours and a very demanding workload.
