In 2012, Michelle wanted to take the reins of her future by joining Liberty National Division. Her years of experience as a corporate trainer and Director within the Company have shaped her drive, passion, and mindset. She believes that her career has changed her life in ways she never thought possible. As a leader, Michelle is dedicated to creating opportunities for others.

Michelle founded The Bourdon Agencies in 2024, cultivating an environment centered on growth and development. She emphasizes to her team that their focus is on educating their clients. Michelle advocates for greater knowledge of products and services to empower individuals to protect their future. Her team refers to themselves as “Phoenix”, embodying the mindset of never being defeated by circumstance.
