Natalie Whittingham is an Agency Owner with Globe Life Liberty National Division, where she has dedicated the past seven years to building and leading high-performing teams. Since beginning her career as a Career Agent in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Natalie has earned four promotions and currently owns six thriving office locations across the Midwest from her base in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her leadership excellence has been recognized nationally as a Top 10 Agency Director, Seal Team Member, and Council of Champions Agency Owner.
Before joining Globe Life, Natalie graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science and worked in human services, where she discovered her passion for helping others grow and succeed. Today, that same passion fuels her agency’s culture of development and resilience—focusing on the reasons people can be successful rather than the reasons they can’t. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys personal development, wellness, and spending quality time with her husband, Bryce, and their two children, Paxton and Paisley.
