Before joining Liberty National Life Insurance Company (LNL) in 2018, Natalie Whittingham attended Penn State University, where she majored in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Civic Engagement. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2017, and briefly worked in Human Services as a case manager associated with the criminal justice system. “I was a personal recruit at Liberty National. When I realized the amount of money I could make and the growth opportunity available, I knew it was the right move for me,” she recalls.
What makes Natalie uniquely qualified for Agency leadership? “I pursued a leadership role with Liberty National because I’ve always pushed myself to be the best,” she says. “I wanted to be an Agency Owner because I’ve always wanted to own my own business and be my own boss. I’m extremely people-centered and thrive on helping others. I love investing in people, watching them grow and develop, and knew I could make a successful career of it,” she adds.
Natalie’s success is evident at Liberty National. “I was promoted four times within three years, was a top 10 Agency Director, Regional Director, SEAL team member, and have promoted more than 16 Supervising Agents and six Agency Directors. I’ve changed my family’s life financially since I joined the Liberty National team,” she maintains.

A big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Natalie says, “I’ll always bleed black and gold.” But most of her free time is spent with her husband, Bryce, her young son, Paxton, and their dog, Brynn. Hobbies include reading and personal development, and she’s active with Big Brother and Big Sister agencies.
