Don Glory grew up in Sweetwater, Tennessee, and enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2011, serving honorably for five years. After returning to civilian life, Don ventured into the oil field in 2020 but was laid off due to pandemic closures. The months that followed were marked by uncertainty and struggle. However, it was during this difficult period that a friend introduced Don to Liberty National Division (LN). Don’s interest in the Company was piqued after hearing about the potential for residual income.
As soon as Don joined the Company, his eyes were opened to the deep importance of the work he would be doing. He realized that by following the systems in place, he could provide meaningful support to families during their most challenging times. This revelation solidified his commitment to the industry and shaped his approach to leadership.
Since starting his career with the Company, Don has been promoted to Agency Director and earned recognition as a member of the prestigious SEAL Team for 2 consecutive years. He attributes his success to hard work and a commitment to helping others develop into amazing leaders. From adversity to Agency leadership, Don has exemplified the power of resilience and determination. In his free time, Don enjoys spending quality time with his family, singing karaoke, and cheering for his favorite sports teams.
