Sean Passaro is a proud alumnus of Florida State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in sociology. His sociological degree enabled him to comprehend and navigate the diverse needs and perspectives of both clients and employees, fostering a more inclusive and empathetic work environment.

During his time at the university, Sean was actively involved in campus organizations such as the Medical Response Unit, Sigma Pi Fraternity, and the Campus Rec Board. Before joining the Company in 2013, Sean had diverse work experience in healthcare and the restaurant and bar industry.
When Sean isn't busy guiding others toward career success, you'll find him enjoying time with his family, alongside his beloved black Labrador and long-haired dachshund.
