Jonathan Ramos pursued the opportunity with Liberty National Division to lead his own Agency when the chance presented itself. He believed he could succeed in the agency leader role due to the people around him. Jonathan knew there were successful people ahead of him at Liberty National Division and the right partners in place to help him grow in his leadership position. He credits his agency's success to a strong culture where people come first. His team operates as a family. They work hard together, push each other to achieve their goals, and have fun while doing.
His Agency has Supervising Agents who have been top five in the Company multiple years in a row. Jonathan says, "We have had top agents on our team, and we've been a top Agency Director team the past few years." Another of Jonathan's accomplishments with the Company is being part of the SEAL team for two years in a row.
Jonathan earned his master’s degree from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma He worked as a car salesman in Plano, Texas from 2016 onward. He decided to join the Company because he believes a career with Liberty National Division offers growth and freedom, both financially and personally. He says, "This career has pushed me outside of my comfort zone and continues to every day. It has also allowed me to work with my wife and build something special with her that we can both be proud of. My wife and I are thankful for the partnerships and friendships that have come along the way!"
He explains, "Our products are there for families when they may not think about it but need it most. Our products also allow business owners the chance to take care of their employees and show they care without the cost that usually comes with offering employee benefits."
If someone were considering a sales or leadership position with the Company, Jonathan would offer this advice: “Stay true to the system that the company provides. It is established and has been working for a long time. If someone is true to themselves, has the right work ethic, and coachable, there is no room for failure.”
Jonathan is still new to the San Antonio area, but he looks forward to sponsoring events and giving back to the community that has welcomed him. In Jonathan’s spare time he enjoys sports, spending time with his family, and his two French bulldogs.
