Before joining Liberty National Division, Ramona Trentini worked as a food and beverage director. She sought a major in hospitality at Ivy Tech Community College and received some college credit. She says, “I think everyone can achieve their goals if they work hard enough. I am living proof.” That’s how she strove to become an Agency Owner. “I have always wanted to own my own business. I pursued this opportunity. I am a natural leader and I have a great work ethic. I won’t rest until the work is done.”
Was this the best decision for Ramona? “Yes,” she says. “Take the leap! Work hard so you can achieve your goals.” Joining Globe Life was an easy decision for Ramona because it offers “a family and work balance.” She adds, “We will always have job security due to the nature of our business.” Ramona believes the most rewarding part of joining the Company is the growth she’s experienced. “My greatest accomplishment so far is being top of the leader board and achieving Agency Owner within two years.”
Why did Ramona want to be an Agency Owner? She explains, “I have seen how our products help protect financially when all else is going wrong.”
In Ramona’s free time she enjoys various hobbies. “I love to go hiking, traveling to new places, and spending time with my family,” she says.
